Is located along scenic Indian River Boulevard on the east side of town with quick access to the island bridge & shopping. The luxury homes are being built by GHO Homes and are typically 2400 square feet under air and range in price from $400,000 to $500,000.
Lawn care is included in the HOA fees of $122/month. By very good fortune I found Allan & Kim's website on the internet. I had very specific "musts" and Allan was wonderful in forwarding listings to me. One Thursday last November my husband and I flew to Florida, Kim met us the next day, showed us 10 choices, we loved #10, she guided us in making an offer on Saturday that was accepted on Sunday. Their amazing company took care of all the details for the closing, and did all the necessary work to get the condo ready for our return in December. They also have a service called Vero Concierge that checks our home every week.

A gated entrance leads to Brae Burn Circle which contains a total of 40 home sites. Arcadia is a new subdivision just east of the existing community of The Willows both developed by Ryan Homes. The CBS homes are built on over sized lots to allow for a private pool. Like the pool, Tennis court, Kids Play Area etc. But they are priced around 400 For mid size town home -with nothing in it.
Bella Vista Isles - GHO Homes
The CBS homes are typically between 2200 and 2400 SF on large quarter acre lots. Stoney Brook Farm, a gated estate home community, is situated in a tranquil country setting on the west end of town and is being completed by GHO Homes. Is an all new community in the southern part of Vero Beach being developed by both GHO Homes & Lifestyle Homes. Only 58 home sites are available, most will have a water view.
I cannot say enough good things about these amazing, outstanding real estate professionals. Is a new Community in southwest Vero Beach being built by DR Horton. The CBS homes are 3 or 4 bedroom single story designs with 3 car garages on large lots. The residential community will not have any common amenities, but fees are only $38/month.
Specifically designed for the Tennis enthusiast, The Boulevard Village & Tennis Club, is a unique residential community located in Vero Beach, Florida. The community consists of clusters of villas and town homes built around 13 Har-Tru clay tennis courts surrounded by tropical landscaping. Another thing they are not flexible, should you wish for adjustments during construction! These could easily be accommodated when working with any good company, but they refused. The project manager does not accommodate questions. He had the nerve to tell me that ‘...this is not a negotiation, I tell you how thing are going to happen…’ Like it’s a donation or a gift!
They arranged everything and provided us with information about the area and the neighborhoods. With their help we found the perfect beach condo. They also walked us through the entire process, from initial offer to inspection and final closing. We definitely recommend contacting them if you want to purchase property in the Vero Beach or Hutchinson Island area. Every Vero Beach community has some unique features, so the ideal neighborhood depends on what you are looking for as far as location, amenities or price. Is a new Community on the barrier island just past the Wabasso Causeway being built by GHO Homes in Vero Beach.
All of our questions were answered in a timely manner, and he helped us with some minor repairs and upgrades after the sale was completed. Is a community that is being completed with new homes by DR Horton. The original subdivision was started in 2004 and construction stopped during the downturn in 2008.
I was given a printed list in a folder in the order we toured , I found this very helpful as notes and thoughts often get spread out onto different note pads etc . Allan secured an offer , represented me at the actual closing , and was kind enough to gather keys and documents , secure the home as I lived hours away ! I found Allan extremely refreshing as a person dedicated to the task in a wonderfully non threatening and aggressive manner. Prompt to answer questions that others may how found silly as I am not well versed in real estate lingo ! Allan met me to on his free time at my house to give me the keys and I had the pleasure of meeting his wonderful wife Kim too ! This will cost me a lot more in accommodation and storage costs. I purchased the home a few months ago, when they give you the key, it's a nightmare to get warranty items fixed. I have a pantry that gets very hot, I submitted a warranty claim, warranty guy Kevin said his manager said nothing can be done. I asked to speak with him supervisor, Mike called and said "nothing can be done". Food is being stored in the pantry and the heat will cause the food to not last long and Ryan Home or any of their field personnel is not will or even try to resolve the problem. I highly recommend Kim and her husband Allan - they provide many services for real estate and property management. Kim was our realtor for our recent purchase of a condo. I inquired online 18 months ago for my initial search. Kim is a wonderful lady and professional realtor. Her knowledge of the Vero Beach area was so helpful.During this whole process she guided us advised and was tenacious in finding us our new home.
He showed great integrity and acted in our best interest every step of the way. GHO Homes and VB Custom Homes are completing the Venezia Estates Community which has not seen any new building since 2008. The new construction consists of one story homes with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and 2 or 3 car garage.
